Delivery:

Customer is responsible the unloading of all product, which will require a skidsteer, tractor, or other equipment with forks, that can lift at least 1800 lbs.
If product needs to be returned to Southwest Equine, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition. If returned, the customer will be responsible for freight costs back to Southwest Equine, as well as a 15% restocking fee, and will not be refunded on any original freight costs. 

Quality Guarantee:

We believe our products are competitively built and priced, and because of this, we offer a 12 month warranty, from the date of purchase, on the workmanship of all Southwest Equine products. If our product fails due to workmanship, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product upon its return to Southwest Equine. All freight on warranty work is the responsibility of the customer. 

All weight on panels and gates are approximated, some pipe sizes may vary due to the pandemic and current steel availability.
